Walk-in Appointments

We aim to provide timely and equitable access to care for all patients.
If you are unable to secure an appointment, you are welcome to attend as a walk-in patient during opening hours.

No appointment is required. New patients are welcome.

We provide assessment and treatment for non-life-threatening conditions, including both routine and urgent medical concerns.

• Walk-in patients are accepted at all times during opening hours

• Patients will be triaged and prioritised based on clinical urgency, in line with safe practice standards

• Walk-in consultations are fitted between pre-booked appointments

• Waiting times may vary depending on:

  • Clinical urgency

  • Doctor availability

  • Demand on the day

• Where clinically appropriate, patients may be:

  • Offered the next available appointment, or

  • Referred to a more appropriate service

Where possible, we encourage patients to book appointments with their regular GP to support continuity and quality of care.
Clinical information from walk-in consultations is documented in your health record to support ongoing care.

Bulk billing is available for:

• Valid Health Care Card holders
• DVA Card holders
• Pensioner Concession Card holders
• Commonwealth Senior Health Card holders
• Children under 16 years
• Fees needs to be discussed with respective GP

Walk-in services are suitable for non-emergency conditions only.

If you have a medical emergency, please call 000 or attend your nearest emergency department.
